PC WorkBreak fornisce opportuni promemoria per ridurre il tuo rischio di RSI (lesioni da sforzo ripetitivo). Offre promemoria di pause multitipo come micro-pausa, stiramento, esercizi oculari e camminata, basati sul tuo uso del PC. Sono anche forniti tassi di conformità. Pause regolari aiuteranno l'utente spesso al PC ad eliminare lo stress corporeo indotto dallo stare seduto a lungo o dal frequente uso di mouse/tastiera. Tutte le impostazioni delle pause sono configurabili, e puoi usare la tua immagine o animazione (gif) preferita per il promemoria. PC WorkBreak provides proper reminders to reduce your RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) risk. It offers multi-type break reminders such as micro-break, stretch, eye exercises and walk, based on your PC usage model, and all settings are configurable.
