IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY:
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) later referred to as "LICENSEE" and PDFtoWordStudio Co., Ltd. Later referred to as "PDFtoWordStudio Co., Ltd" for the software product Convert PDF to Word Plus later referred to as "SOFTWARE". By installing, copying, or otherwise using Convert PDF to Word Plus, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not purchase, install or use Convert PDF to Word Plus. Installing and using Convert PDF to Word Plus signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
PDFtoWordStudio Co., Ltd. may have patents, patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights covering subject matter in this document. The furnishing of this document does not give you any license to these patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.
Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect Convert PDF to Word Plus. Convert PDF to Word Plus is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EULA grants LICENSEE the following rights:
LICENSEE may use this SOFTWARE. "Use" of Convert PDF to Word Plus means that LICENSEE has loaded, installed or run Convert PDF to Word Plus on to one machine (latter referred to as "computers" or "computer").
LICENSEE may not transfer Convert PDF to Word Plus from one computer to another if Convert PDF to Word Plus is already installed and registered on the computer.
LICENSEE may use this SOFTWARE in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, use, display or distribution of this SOFTWARE together with material that is pornographic, racist, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, libelous, abusive, promoting hatred, discriminating or displaying prejudice based on religion, ethnic heritage, race sexual orientation or age is strictly prohibited.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
LICENSEE may not reverse engineer, recompile, and disassembly, modify, translate Convert PDF to Word Plus and make any attempt to discover the source code of Convert PDF to Word Plus.
LICENSEE may not transfer, sell, re-sell, offer for sale or distribute Convert PDF to Word Plus. The sale of and or distribution of copies of this SOFTWARE are strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this EULA to sell, loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of copies of PDFtoWordStudio Co., Ltd. except if it's permitted by the terms and/or conditions of a separate agreement signed by PDFtoWordStudio Co., Ltd.
3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
Convert PDF to Word Plus IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. PDFtoWordStudio CO., LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
